***NEW 96 Girls Team Forms with SA United!***
SA United is pleased to announce the forming of a new 96 Girls (U14s) Super 2 team. Any players interested in trying out for the team need to contact Jay Sparrow at 210 219 7278. The team will be training the week of July 6th to allow any new players the opportunity to attend and be evaluated. Congratulations and welcome to those girls that have already committed!
JUNE FREE CLINICS - U9-U12 Players Boys and Girls
SA United will be holding two free clinics in June for players interested in receiving top level training from SA United Soccer club. The clinics will be held at McAllister Park on Thursday 18th June 5.30pm - 7.00pm and Monday June 29th 9.00am - 10.30am. Clinics will be run by the SA United Director of Coaching and Academy Director. Places are limited by player to coach ratio. Please call 210 599 4622 to reserve a place.
Chelsea Trainer, Ross Connelly Joins the coaching staff for the summer
Ross Connelly currently works full time as a trainer for Chelsea Football club in England. During the Summer he joins up with the World Wide Soccer team of trainers. This will be the 2nd summer Ross has joined the team to offer his expertise and coaching mythologies learned from his time with Chelsea. SA United have opened talks with professional English Clubs in a bid to form a strong alliance for future overseas tournaments. Our goal is to offer our players the exposure to different levels of play and the opportunities to be looked at by professional clubs. Check back soon for updates.

Registration for the Fall 2009 season is now open. Our developmental program focuses on technical soccer training using more advanced levels of training and play. We are looking for under 9 and under 10 players, boys and girls, who would like to move away from the recreational scene and take their game to the next level.
