Introduction

The World Wide Soccer Club Cup was introduced to increase club unity. The idea is for the teams within the club and those other teams trained by World Wide Soccer to compete periodically on a seasonal base for the Club Cup. The games are played against teams of similar ages. For example the 91 Boys compete against the 90 boys and the 94 boys compete against the Rangers 94 (team trained by World Wide Soccer). After each game the Cup is awarded to the winning team and it is then the other team's job to win it back in the re-match.

Kick off to the Club Cup!

On Saturday 16th of December several SA United teams and other teams trained by World Wide Soccer competed for the SA United Club Cup. Despite several of the teams being unable to field a full strength team, it was still a fun day for all involved. The purpose of the games was to bring some of the clubs teams together to get to know each other and to enjoy a no-pressure fun game of soccer. The teams will meet again in the future for a chance to win or retain the club cup.

All teams trained by World Wide Soccer between the ages of U9 - U14 will play in at least one scrimmage against a team of similar age and standard.
